Residence Permit by Buying a Property

"Ownership stay permit" is a renewable permit for foreigners who own immovable property in Turkey and are granted for a one year, moreover, the wife and children are entitled to a residence permit.

Required Documents:
- Translated copy into Turkish from the passport, certified by the notary
- Valid health insurance
- 4 personal photographs
- Copy of the property deed, and the registration deed
- Pay the tax on the new residences
